Should have the most bleeding edge software, but stable. Based on debian testing, unstable, and experimental branches but wants to solve the issue of long freezes in testing before the new release, and stability. They will allow debian developers to upload tested 'testing' packages to tanglu so the distro freeze won't stop new devcelopment; but tanglu isn't intended as an experimental testing, but a tested testing. Intend releases every 6 months. Will also draw its kernel and some packages from Ubuntu, and from Deb Unstable and Experimental, after vetting. DW reviewer (Ver 1.0) said very stable, "boring", only bug was PackageKit.
32/64-bit. Gnome or KDE default, others available. Apper (may conflict with PackageKit) Synaptic should be available. Codecs/proprietaries OK, flash and Java available. Fairly low resource use, runs medium quickly.
Ver 1.2 b2: Now has a live installer. "Getting there".
