Index distros software || mint debian Deb/MintDeb/Solydx/TanbgluCompared

Based on debian testing, similar to Mint Debian edition, Business edition based on Debian stable. Solydk is KDE, solydx is Xfce. Codecs/proprietaries OK (On installation, Driver Mgr advises which hardware needs 3rd-party drivers and downloads them). Pkg mgt by SoftwareManager (Muon) or Synaptic; rolling release via quarterly update packages; security updates daily.. Less RAM used than normal KDE. Desktop effects done well. E-mail server is running in the background on install. Backups and syncs by LuckyBackup. Runs well in Virtualbox; loaded Guest Modules automatically.

"Semi-rolling release" mode to stop with release of Deb 8 stable; will simply follow deb stable (can alter repos to follow testing). At same time, home and business editions will merge.

Reviewer Dedoimedo said "Bland", but can customize easily. Other reviewer said "Rock stable".
